The number of applications for nylon is enormous; a few examples include tie wraps, fabric hook-and-loop fasteners (e.g. trade name Velcro® tape), electrical connectors, tubing, electrical housings, fishing line, automotive oil pans, many military applications, and a multitude of fabrics.

RECYCLE: Recycled Polyamide is a synthetic fiber based on polymer waste recovery.

PSA: Rubberized pressure sensitive tape may be used to position your options via sewing/manufacturing stages undertaken and potential residue may be resulting. Do not remove as this may 'dirty' your print. Do not use mineral based cleaners or solvents on any printed items.

STICKY BACK Rubber Based adhesive Aggressive, high-tack, quick-setting. Achieves 80% bond strength in about an hour; full strength in 30 hours. Temperature operating range: 38°F to 120°F 3°C to 48°C. Recommended for most room-temperature applications. Recommended bonding surfaces (substrates) include: HDPE, LDPE, plywood, polypropylene, urethane TPU Film. Not recommended for use on glass or any vinyl. Typically, S B O use the sticky back as a manufacturing positioning tool and apply polyester thread sewing to fix the item to fabric making the adhesive element redundant.

Ventilation: Thermal processing requires ventialtion of fumes and vapors which may cause irritation to the nose and throat. Ingestion: Not a probable route of exposure.

Fibers are coated with minor quantities of finish oils. Textile processes may volatilize portions of these finishes and produce visible misting in the workplace. Ventilation is recommended to minimize exposure to such finish mists which should not exceed a concentration of 5 mg/m3 ACGIH TLV for mineral oil.

Fibres are/maybe coated with ink. Textile printing processes may volatilize portions of these finishes. The inkjet ink prepartion isn't classified as dangerous and it contains no hazardous material after curing during normal handling and operation. At tempertures between approximately 130-190°C the applied finish may evaporate or decompose. Residual solvents post 128 hours: 0.05%.
